**Position : Field Supervisor**

Location : Karnal - Haryana

Experience : 1-8years (in Bank/Microfinance/FI/NBFC/BFSI /NGO/Social sector, Field work, sales etc.)

Salary : As per market norms

Qualification : Any Graduate

Job type : Permanent

**Role**:

- Responsible for completing the enrolment of beneficiaries/account holders
- Disbursements of funds to beneficiaries, as per stipulated timelines.
- Settlement Follow Up
- Branch MIS
- Managing a team of Business Correspondents
- Training of Business Correspondents
- Relationship Management with company and Bank Branch
- Implementation of new schemes in that region.
- Smart Card and Machine Management of company in that region
- Willing to travel to places in your District.

About company : RBI Governed organization in to Financial inclusion & branchless banking operating since 2008 ,Company is engaged in creating the last mile financial operations network in Urban, Semi urban & rural areas through Banks and conducts transactions on behalf of Banks and Financial Institutions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
