
Inside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
- Understand client needs and present relevant IT service offerings (e.g., cloud solutions, managed services, software development, cybersecurity).
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and product demos for prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and solutions.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and attend webinars or industry events as needed.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Understanding of IT services such as cloud computing, digital transformation, cybersecurity, or managed services.
- Experience working in a B2B sales environment.
- Familiarity with lead generation and marketing automation tools.
