**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics and campaign results
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community
- Collaborate with graphic designers for social media and campaign post.
- Collaborate with Ads Agency for campaign.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
- Track competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their tools
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi)
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with influencer marketing
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Canva
- Video content creation with Graphic Designer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
