**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Desktop Publishing**:Create, edit, and format documents, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, and other materials for print and digital media. Prepare print-ready files, ensuring proper resolution, bleed, and color formats.

**Graphic Design**:Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing materials, social media content, and presentations. Use design software to create graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet client or company specifications.

**Proofing and Quality Control**:Ensure accuracy in text, images, and layouts by proofreading and reviewing designs before submission. Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, and branding elements across all materials.

**File Management**:Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and resources for easy access and reuse. Ensure compliance with copyright and licensing standards for fonts, images, and other design elements.

**Software Proficiency**:Operate software like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, QuarkXPress, and MS Office for designing and formatting purposes.

**Troubleshooting**:Address technical issues related to printing, formatting, or file compatibility. Adapt designs for various formats, such as resizing graphics for social media or reformatting for different print sizes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficiency in desktop publishing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, CorelDRAW, Canva,etc.).
- Strong creative and visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with branding and design principles.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and collaborative teamwork.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
