**Job Title: Video Creator**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Video Shooting**:

- Utilize professional equipment to capture high-quality video footage for various projects.
- Execute video shoots, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and sound quality.

**2. Content Creation**:

- Create engaging reels and videos that align with our brand and resonate with our audience.
- Incorporate trending topics and styles into video content to maximize engagement.

**3. Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage to produce polished and compelling videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Enhance videos with effects, transitions, and sound to elevate the visual appeal.

**4. Trend Research**:

- Stay updated on current trends, viral content, and emerging video formats to inform content creation strategies.
- Research and analyze trending topics to incorporate into video concepts effectively.

**5. Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute video projects
- Communicate effectively with client and other associates.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

**6. Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all video content meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Conduct thorough reviews of edited videos to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- **Qualifications**:_

**1. Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in video creation, shooting, and editing.
- Proven track record of producing engaging video content.

**2. Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in video shooting techniques and operation of camera equipment.
- Advanced skills in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

**3. Creativity**:

- Strong creative vision and ability to conceptualize ideas into visually appealing videos.
- Demonstrated creativity in creating reels and videos that capture attention and drive engagement.

**4. Trend Awareness**:

- Knowledge of current trends in social media and video content.
- Ability to adapt content to align with trending topics and formats.

**5. Communication**:

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey ideas effectively.
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into video projects.

**Remuneration**:

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from 15K to 20K INR, with additional allowances based on performance and project requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
