**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client profiling, research and updating database.
- Identify client needs and present tailored solutions from our service offerings.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to confidently address customer inquiries.
- Manage the pipeline effectively using CRM tools, tracking leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and account management team to align on strategies and campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2 years of experience working in European and North American markets.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the service industry (banking, telecom, insurance, SaaS, etc.).
- B2B sales experience would be a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree
