- Experience of documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Good knowledge of written English.
- Knowledge of Accounting System, Bank reco, etc.
- Work as per guidance of Senior Accountant for GST, TDS, & PT working.
- Vendor Purchase & payment transactions.

**Key Responsible Areas**
- Tally Data Entry for standard accounting vouchers.
- Bank reconciliation
- Purchase Management (PO) & online payments.
- Proforma Invoice to Customers & payment reminders.
- Salary Working with Time Attendance Report.
- Helping senior accountant / CA to make GST & TDS Returns.

**Detailed Job Description**
- Punching Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt, JV, Debit Note, Credit Note entries into the TALLY.
- Tracking Bank balance & expenses..
- Managing Cash Register..
- Bank reconciliation.
- Inventory management on TALLY.
- Managing periodic GST reports to submit to the CA.
- Managing TAX Payment using Net-banking.
- Co-ordinating with Su.Creditors / Vendors for quotation / proforma invoice / purchase order & making payment. Payment must be reconciled with invoices.
- Co-ordinating with Su.Creditors / Vendors for material replacement / repair.
- Helping stock keeper to maintain the Stock..
- Working salary with Time & Attendance data with HR & managing payment of Professional Tax.
- Helping senior accountant for Audit & other periodic requirements.
- Other normal work with respect to TALLY, Excel, Letter writing.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
