**Role Overview**

Join our team as a **Fresher Bidder**, stepping into an energetic role where you actively engage in identifying bidding opportunities, crafting proposals, and contributing to contract wins from day one. This is a perfect entry-level position for someone eager to start a career in proposal management and business development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify relevant project opportunities, including RFPs, RFQs, and tenders
- Draft clear and compliant bid proposals—executive summaries, pricing, technical, and compliance responses
- Regularly update and manage bid databases and trackers
- Engage with internal teams (sales, technical, finance) to align proposal content
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements and industry norms with accuracy and attention to detail

**Qualifications & Attributes**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eye for detail and solid organizational habits
- Comfortable working independently and with teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Preferred Traits**
- Passion for business development, writing, or client engagement
- Excellent time management and agility in deadlines
- Curiosity and willingness to grow into full bid/project coordination

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
