SPRAT is India’s national award-winning NGO that has empowered over 1.5 lakh Gujaratis and served over a million, through literacy, non-formal and formal education, health and recreation and livelihood.

It is setting up a digitally powered residential campus, called the Tarkik Sadan, at Matar, 39 KMs from Ahmedabad, to offer a range of contemporary knowledge-based social and support services, digitally, nationwide. **Qualifications**:
**Age**:22-35 years. Exceptions on request.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall supervision, maintenance and care-taking of the site
- Supervising construction, poultry and nursery.
- Store-keeping of inventory, Reporting, Accounting and basic Documentation

**Requirements**:

- Functional knowledge/experience of construction processes, machinery and tools.
- Functional spoken English and Hindi and basic MS Office.
- Efficient management of multiple tasks: a jack-of-all-trades, not shy of any work
- Humble but confident, modest but ambitious, simple but firm, comrade and leader for fellow labourers
- Should bring a 2-wheeler. Transportation cost is reimbursed. Petrol is fully refunded at work.
- Should join immediately

**Compensation**:
Between Rs1.50 to Rs2.00 lakh/year. Plus:

- Free accommodation, with electricity, water, internet, mobile etc
- Vegetables grown on site are available for free

Those possessing extra relevant and professional education or experience in construction / gardening / poultrymay expect a higher compensation.
