**Job Title**: TGT English**Job Type**: Full-Time**Reporting to**: Level Incharge and Principal

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in alignment with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, writing, comprehension, and literature (both prose and poetry).
- Evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, projects, and other assessment tools.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide feedback.
- Encourage and facilitate active participation in English language activities like debates, elocution, storytelling, and writing competitions.
- Prepare students for periodic and board assessments as per CBSE guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development programs, and school functions as required.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to promote cross-curricular learning.
- Ensure integration of technology in teaching wherever appropriate.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Masters in English with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred).
- Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Ability to use digital tools and smart boards for teaching.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
