**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain inventory levels and stock records accurately
- Receive, inspect, and dispatch materials and goods
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials
- Prepare daily stock reports and material issue slips
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments
