**We are hiring for Data Entry Operator/Account Assistant profile at Science City(Ahmedabad) location.**

**Designation**: Data Entry Operator

**Department**: Back Office/Accounts

**Location**: Science City, Ahmedabad

**Job Overview**:
**Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry**. Verifies and logs receipt of data. Transcribes source data into the required electronic format. Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Insert customer and account and purchase data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files

**Required qualifications and skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or MIS.
- Must have knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
