**Responsibilities**:
Eligibility Criteria: - Years of Experience: 5-8 years - Job Experience: Experience as a Customer/Regional Planner interacting with - international Customers preferably in the APJ Region - Educational: Engineering degree in the field of Industrial Production/Mechanical (APICS CSCP/CPIM preferred) Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for planning and monitoring the materials and products used by the regional depots and customers. - Manage the planning and resupply of material for the regional depot, in support of organizational asset management and customer service goals - Partnering with the regional customer planning team to set up a business process for determining proper stocking and replenishment level to get the required stock. - Partner with the regional planning team to understand the business requirements (demand forecast drivers) to determine proper stocking and replenishment level. - Excess Inventory Management (Rebalancing, Part Transition, STO Cancellation, E&O analysis) - From historical usage develop and maintain plan for every part. Use the plan for every part data to update and maintain in SPM for forecasting purposes. - Develop and enforce business processes and workflows to enable efficient and effective operations - Review and React to Zero bin/low inventory levels - Part Shortage Management - Expedite Critical parts required by customers thru QBETs/QBHOTs interfacing with the Escalations team

**Other Job Responsibilities**
- Generate Management Information Systems Reports and share with regionals planner per desired cadence - New Tool deployments with exploding BOM Structure and loading new/adjust existing planning levels after financial analysis - Track and Monitor Regional KPIs for Depots/Critical Customers/Consignment Locations - Conduct Root Cause and Corrective Action analyses for unexpected, undesirable results and present them to management

**Minimum Qualifications**

Strong skills in the areas of service parts/spares parts planning - Strong analytical, problem solving and system skills - Proficiency in SAP MM or worked in any ERP, MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) o Advanced level in MS Excel o Intermediate level MS Access - High energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines - Proven ability and skill set to analyze, document and improve business processes with sustained results - High level of customer interfacing skills, effective listener, professional and courteous - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally - Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to work as part of a team - Flexible to work in shifts - Morning (6 am to 3pm)/General (9am to 6pm)/Second (1.30pm to 10.30pm)

**Preferred Qualifications**

Familiarity with service planning, forecasting, and optimization system software (Preferably SPM) - Ability to Speak/Write Mandarin, Korean, Japanese - Semiconductor capital equipment product knowledge and relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
