**Job Title**: Videographer for Startup YouTube Channel

**Location**: Zirakpur, India

Our mission is to provide accessible and high-quality learning content to a global audience. We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team and help bring our vision to life.

**Position Overview**: The Videographer will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing high-quality video content tailored for our YouTube audience. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for our YouTube channel, ensuring alignment with our brand and educational objectives.
- **Pre-Production Planning**: Collaborate with the content team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- **Post-Production Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating graphics, animations, music, and sound effects as needed.
- **Equipment Management**: Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring all tools are in optimal working condition.
- **Content Optimization**: Stay updated with YouTube trends and best practices to optimize content for engagement and growth.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably with content tailored for online platforms like YouTube.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing work, especially content created for online platforms.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in creating educational or tutorial-style videos.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of lighting and sound design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and incorporate feedback.
