Job Summary:
The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end client billing processes, ensuring accuracy in duty slips, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting timely client invoicing and revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and timely invoices based on booking data and approved duty slips.
- Validate duty slips for KMs, hours, passenger signatures, and vendor details.
- Coordinate with operations, vendors, and clients for billing-related clarifications.
- Ensure all billing entries are aligned with client-specific formats and agreements.
- Follow up on pending documents and bookings queries from vendors and operations teams.
- Handle client audit queries, billing escalation and provide supporting documents.
- Monitor billing cycle delays and escalate issues proactively.
- Maintain digital and physical billing records for audit and MIS purposes.
- Reconcile booking data with MIS and finalize billing sheets.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in billing, invoicing and preferably in a transport or service industry.
- Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of GST and invoice compliance
- Excellent Excel and MIS reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred:

- Experience with client-specific portals (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Fr8First (RIL) etc.)
- Exposure to transport or facility management billing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
