Location : Kolkata About the Role: - Operating effectiveness testing which includes requesting evidence, analyzing the reliability of evidence and assessing and concluding on the overall outcome. - Providing a first level quality check on the work of others. This includes providing feedback, holding 121s and performing coaching sessions. - Providing improvement suggestions and recommendations following the communication of findings and deficiencies with our clients. - Our testing is typically performed over the core IT General Control domains of: Change Management, Access Management, Computer Operations and Program Development. We also test IT Automated Controls and general controls over End User Computing. Essential criteria ? IT risk and controls testing in an audit, assurance, or compliance environment. ? Strong analytical skills with experience in problem solving and being able to implement and deliver solutions. ? Ability to create high level quality documentation and follow documentation standards. ? Willingness to expand technical knowledge in a broad range of client facing projects. ? Ability to manage deadlines within multiple projects. ? Proven ability to be a team player, while being able to work independently with little supervision. Desirable Criteria: ? Educated to degree level (or relevant industry experience) ? Knowledge of SOx (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) ? Experience working in a regulated environment ? Experience of leading walkthroughs ? Experience of coaching and reviewing the work of others
