**Responsibilities**:
**Main Duties**:

- **
Bank Deposits and Cash Receipts Posting**:

- Check and verify bank deposits.
- Post cash receipts accurately in the accounting system.
- Month end Suspense Postings.
- ** Reconciliations**:

- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Conduct monthly suspense reconciliations and account for any differences.
- ** Compliance and Regulatory Requirements**:

- Conduct monthly checks to ensure all financial operations are in line with regulatory standards.
- ** Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and present financial reports as required.
- Analyse discrepancies and provide solutions for resolution.

What will help you succeed in this role?:
**Skills, Experience and Personal Characteristics**
- **
Education**:
- MBA Finance.
- **
Experience**:
- 2-3 years of experience in finance operations, preferably within the legal industry.
- Knowledge on High Radius Application would be added benefit.
- **
Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of the UK legal industry is a plus.
