**01. Microbiologist/Molecular biology**:
l Review, improve and approve MIS reports from section heads. Planning and implementing of internal Quality Control, External Quality Control, and proficiency tests with Chief of Laboratory Services Head
- Operations/Head Quality Assurance.

l To oversee all technical aspects of Microbiology departments Serology Molecular Biology IF

l Complaint Handling and analysis of complaints.

l Optimum utilization of staff & equipments

l Appraisals of sectional heads

l Approve vendor list

l Handling major breakdowns, repairs, and shortages.

l Fulfilling the requirements of NABI

l Random checks

l Generate documentation for changes made in report (in form of foot note, which briefly 346 describe the changes)

l Ensure results are reported within the turnaround time through sectional heads and review 123 their performance in light of this.

l Responsible for the management and documentation of clerical, analytical, Pre-analytical 135 error.

l Responsible to notify the notifiable diseases to the concerned authorities.

l Training of Staff from time to time.

l Responsible as safety officer for maintaining safety of the work environment.

**02. Interfaces**
- Internal: All Departments in MHL (Hitech ).
- External: Physicians/Patients/Laboratories/Customers.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
