**Position Summary**:
We're seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to become a part of our team. Your expertise in animation, design, and visual storytelling will be pivotal in creating compelling motion graphics that enhance our clients' digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Expertise**: Utilize tools like After Effects and Illustrator to weave your magic.
- **Quality Refinement**: Polish and refine graphics to ensure they meet our high standards.
- **Creative Ideation**: Contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts to enhance visual storytelling.
- **Project Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to integrate motion graphics seamlessly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Degree or diploma in Animation, Motion Graphics, or related field.
- **Software Proficiency**: Mastery of animation tools such as After Effects and related software.
- **Portfolio**: A collection of previous work showcasing your motion graphic design skills.
- **Design Sensibility**: Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and aesthetics.
- **Creativity**: Ability to translate concepts into visually captivating graphics.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging techniques.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills to collaborate within a team.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Attentive to detail to ensure high-quality final products.
