**Job Overview**
Four Square Steel Construction Contracting LLC, a leading structural steel and construction solutions provider under the Blue Square Group, is looking for a **highly skilled Freelance Post-Tensioned (PT) Slab Designer** to join our team.

This is a **remote, freelance, project-based** role ideal for experienced structural engineers specializing in **PT slab design**, **structural analysis**, and **post-tensioning systems**. You will work closely with our engineering team to deliver **accurate, efficient, and code-compliant PT slab designs** for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create detailed PT slab design calculations, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform structural analysis using advanced design software such as **ADAPT-PT**, **RAPT**, **SAFE**, or **ETABS**.
- Ensure compliance with **ACI**, **BS**, **Eurocode**, or relevant local building codes.
- Optimize slab designs for cost efficiency, structural performance, and constructability.
- Coordinate with **architects**, **structural engineers**, and **construction teams** to resolve design issues.
- Provide technical support during fabrication and construction stages.
- Deliver all outputs **on time and to the highest quality standards**.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- **3-5 years of proven experience** in post-tensioned slab design.
- Proficiency in **ADAPT-PT**, **RAPT**, **SAFE**, and other PT slab design tools.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, post-tensioning principles, and international codes.
- Ability to work independently on **remote freelance projects** and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
