**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide exceptional customer service**: Build strong rapport with clients, understand their individual needs and preferences, and deliver personalized treatment plans.
- **Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation**: Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
- **Stay updated on industry trends**: Continuously learn and develop new skills through workshops, training sessions, and industry certifications.
- **Promote and sell salon services**: Advise clients on suitable treatments and products, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- **Maintain accurate records**: Keep detailed client records, including treatment history and product usage.
- **Assist with inventory management**: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Beautician
- Diploma or certification in Cosmetology or a related field
- Strong knowledge of various beauty treatments and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
