Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the IGCSE Hindi curriculum.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
- Create and implement assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency and track their progress over time.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their growth and development in Hindi language proficiency.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate and take risks in their language learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Hindi language program, including curriculum development and assessment design.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.
- Stay updated on best practices in language teaching and integrate new methodologies and technologies into classroom instruction as appropriate.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and stay abreast of developments in Hindi language education.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hindi language, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Teaching certification or qualification in Hindi language education.
- Previous experience teaching Hindi as a second language, preferably in an international school setting.
- Familiarity with the IGCSE Hindi curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for language teaching and a commitment to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for students.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace new teaching methodologies and technologies.
- Fluency in Hindi and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Pay: ₹10,108.79 - ₹45,638.40 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
