In charge of Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.
- Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
- Ensure product is in compliance with customer standards and ensure fulfillment goals.
- Maintain departmental day-to-day production activities, monitor and prioritize workflow and schedules.
- Supervise production staff and give technical direction.
- This role involves overseeing the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) of transmission line projects, ensuring they meet safety and engineering standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,705.31 - ₹34,420.65 per month
