As a Sales Representative at Butame Pharma based in Delhi NCR, you will play a vital role in promoting our tech products and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. This position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual who can contribute to the achievement of sales targets and the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Meet with Doctors**: Conduct regular visits to doctors to establish and maintain professional relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in a tech or healthcare-related field, is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- **Pitch Our Tech Product**: Present and demonstrate our technology product to doctors, highlighting its benefits and features.
- **Generate Leads**: Identify and engage potential customers, and generate leads through various sales strategies and networking efforts.
- **Follow-Up**: Consistently follow up with doctors and potential clients to ensure continued interest and address any questions or concerns.
- **Negotiate and Close Sales**: Work with doctors and clients to negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
- **Prepare and Share Reports**: Document and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and outcomes in detailed reports.
- **Attend Training Sessions**: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and achieve overall goals.
- **Monitor Market Trends**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed.
- **Customer Support**: Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
