- **Coordination with Interior Designers**: Collaborating closely with interior designers to integrate architectural elements with interior finishes, furniture, and decor.

**Technical Documentation**:

- **Construction Drawings**: Preparing detailed drawings that include plans, sections, and elevations, focusing on interior modifications and detailing.
- **Specifications**: Providing detailed specifications for materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring they meet design and performance criteria.

**Client Interaction**:

- **Understanding Client Needs**: Working with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and translating these into viable design solutions.
- **Presentation**: Creating presentations, including 3D renderings and mood boards, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.

**Project Management**:

- **Budget and Timeline Management**: Managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring that the design and implementation stay within the agreed parameters.
- **Coordination**: Coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.

**Construction Oversight**:

- **Site Supervision**: Conducting site visits to monitor the progress of interior construction and ensure that work aligns with the design specifications.
- **Problem Solving**: Addressing any on-site issues that arise during the construction phase, providing quick and effective solutions.

**Detailing and Finishes**:

- **Interior Detailing**: Focusing on the finer details of interior architecture, such as built-in furniture, cabinetry, and intricate joinery.
- **Material Selection**: Selecting appropriate materials and finishes that align with the design vision and functional requirements.
