**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a **Biology Teacher** located in Darbhanga. The Biology Teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, conducting practical laboratory sessions, teaching biological concepts, and fostering a spirit of scientific inquiry among students. Effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues is essential.

**Qualifications**
- **Biology Teaching** and Science Education skills
- Proficiency in **Lesson Planning** and modern teaching methodologies
- Experience with laboratory setup and safety protocols
- Strong **communication** and interpersonal skills
- Experience in curriculum development and student assessment
- **Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Education**, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus
