**Location**: Hybrid (Bengaluru - Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar) | 2 days a week

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **predictive models** and **machine learning algorithms** to drive HR and workforce analytics.
- Utilize **Python and R** for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Work with **Jupyter notebooks** for data exploration and presentation.
- Perform **statistical analysis**, including probability and hypothesis testing, to generate actionable insights.
- Develop **data-driven visualizations** to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR challenges and create data-driven solutions.
- Act as both an **individual contributor** and an **effective team player** in a dynamic work environment.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in **Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field**.
- **5+ years** of hands-on experience in **predictive modeling and machine learning**.
- Proficiency in **Python and R** for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Strong hands-on experience with **Jupyter notebooks** for data exploration.
- In-depth understanding of **statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing**.
- Ability to create **data-driven visualizations** and present insights effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
