The Production Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the production team to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role includes managing staff, monitoring production metrics, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and optimizing workflow to meet production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**:

- Lead and supervise a team of production workers.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skill levels and production requirements.
- Provide training and development for new and existing employees.
- **Production Management**:

- Monitor production processes and ensure they adhere to schedules.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality assurance, maintenance) to address issues and improve production efficiency.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain product quality.
- Implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Communicate production status and challenges to upper management.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- years of experience in a production environment, with supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in using production management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
