**Job Title: Video Editor**

**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented **Video Editor** to join our team **on-site**. You will be responsible for editing a range of video content, including short-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok) and long-form videos for YouTube. Knowledge of AI tools is a **big plus**.

While prior experience is preferred, **freshers with solid video editing knowledge and a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit high-quality video content for Reels, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Work closely with content strategists, designers, and other creatives to develop engaging storytelling.
- Use motion graphics, sound effects, color correction, and transitions to enhance video quality.
- Manage multiple deliverables and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay up to date with trends in video editing, social media content, and digital storytelling.
- Explore and integrate **AI editing tools** into the workflow where relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in video editing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across Reels, YouTube, or similar formats.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools (e.g., Descript, Pictory, Runway ML).
- Basic motion graphics knowledge (After Effects or similar) is a bonus.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
