We are expanding our reach and looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Retail Sales Representative to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit retail shops, malls, boutiques, and other potential sales outlets to present and promote our dress collection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers to secure placement of our products.
- Provide detailed information about our brand, product quality, and the unique features of our dress collection.
- Negotiate terms of sale, including pricing, display, and promotional opportunities.
- Track and report on sales performance, including store visits, orders placed, and any feedback received.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand visibility and sales within retail spaces.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, retail sales, or a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
- A passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current fashion trends.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
