We are seeking a highly motivated & dedicated Educational Counselor to join our team. As an educational counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting students in making informed decision about educational opportunities courses & career paths offered by Whizamet Services Pvt Ltd

Roles and Responsibilities:
To generate leads for admission by visiting or collaborating with near by university and colleges.

To understand student needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program/course and clarify doubts of the students.

To counsel, interact with students and Parents.

Is responsible for the end-to-end enrolment process, which includes admission fee collections,finance offers, and EMI collections as per payment terms, along with relevant proofs.

To provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.

Skills & Requirement:
Must have relevant 2 + years of experience in counseling or education industry.

Must have Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Must have strong listening and presentation skills, multilingual.

Must be self-motivated performer with high energy and enthusiasm.

Must hold patience & empathy in dealing with students from diverse backgrounds.

Travelling may be required for the events and activities

Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through conversations

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Academic counseling: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
