Explicit Estimating is a growing startup, automating an age-old industry. We are seeking experienced Estimators with a passion for quantity surveying and construction cost estimating to join our estimating team as we continue to push the building industry forward.

Explicit Estimating works with smart people and gives them the freedom to explore and implement new ideas to solving tough problems. We do Material Takeoff, Quantity Survey and Estimation on Commercial, Industrial and Residential projects for our clients in the USA, UK, CANADA & Australia. You will need to perform quantity takeoff using our software and MS Excel. It is a **09:30 AM to 06:00 PM **desk job suited for anyone that is qualified and willing to learn and work hard. Preparing routine estimates without any supervision training will be provided. Keeping yourself up to date with the latest materials. Lead and standardize estimating tools, templates, and checklists.

- solving environment. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
