Vinayaka Mission Research Foundation Hiring General Surgery Professors in Pondicherry.
- Analyze all faculty requirements and provide teaching for all research and clinical surgery requirements and ensure compliance to all faculty requirements.
- Coordinate with general surgery residency and clerkship program and participate in all institutional committees.
- Provide clinical support to all surgical services.
- Administer and ensure efficient working of all clinical procedures on all affiliated sites and ensure compliance to all monthly coverage.
- Supervise effective working of all medical and resident students.
- Prepare teaching programs for all undergraduate medical education courses.
- Monitor all recruitment for residents and perform interviews for same.
- Design new research projects for all surgical critical care programs.
- Analyze and provide scientific support to all research programs and recommend improvements in quality of all procedures.

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- as General Surgery Professor: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) (required)
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) (preferred)
- Exp in a approved/recognized medical college/institution (required)
- Research Publication in Indexed Journals as Ist Author (preferred)
- or as corresponding author (preferred)
- Will get 3k per month Extra for Accomodation if Relocating (preferred)
- Comfortable with location Pondicherry (required)
