Potencia Academy LLP, a leading educational institute specializing in providing interactive lectures for engineering, medical entrance exams, and board exams, is currently seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our creative team.

About Potencia Academy LLP:
Potencia Academy offers comprehensive courses delivered by qualified IIT faculties, aimed at helping students succeed in engineering and medical entrance exams, as well as board exams, starting from class IX. We also provide aptitude classes for competitive exams. Our institute is led by experienced educators who prioritize building strong foundational concepts among our students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and enhance video content for educational lectures, tutorials, and promotional materials.
- Ensure high-quality video production, including video color correction, audio enhancement, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with the content team to understand video requirements and deliver engaging and educational content.
- Organize and manage video files, ensuring proper archiving and easy accessibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative editing techniques and tools to the table.
- Maintain consistency and adhere to the brand's visual guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of video projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or a similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of video editing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring a fresh perspective to video projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
