ROLE DESCRIPTION- Lead and manage SAP project implementation teams comprising of consulting and client resources at different business units and sites.- Create and manage complex enterprisewide project plans and lead activities to manage scope, budget, dependencies, risks, and schedules for SAP projects.- Run FitGap and Design workshops and execute project activities to educate business customers on standardized and global template processes- Work with business customers and global business process owners to define business requirements and use cases for localization- Design and document solution alternatives that aligns with business requirements, global template processes, and architectural principles leveraging industry best practices- Collaborate with members of other Process and IT teams to configure the solution- Develop functional specifications for configuration and customization which include reports, integrations, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows- Participate in transitioning the requirements, functional specifications, and use cases to the developers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the knowledge is being transitioned- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for functional, integration, user acceptance and performance testing- Perform functional acceptance testing execution after development completion- Ensure the solution built is scalable to high volume, flexible for future enhancements, and upgradable for next generation solutions- Lead and support SAP S4HANA SD pursuits and practice development initiatives- Develop external eminence across the subcapabilities in SAP S4HANA SD- Promote and participate in forums for sharing SAP SD and industry expertise, strengthening our collective SAP SD and industry knowledge and help resolve our clients challenges- Collaborate on innovative solutions to support the future of SAP SD

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE- Graduate in any stream.- 10-15 years of SAP experience in SD module- Minimum of 3 full SAP E2E implementation experience with atleast 2 implementations on S4H SD in a lead role- Good knowledge of SDMMLE and SDFI integration- Good understanding of Interface with external systems e.g. DMS, Portals, EWM, TM etc- Awareness about the different types of interfaces Idoc, XML, APIs, Webservices- Good analytical, communication skills, documentation skills, open communicator, with a strong customer focus- SAP SD certification would be an added advantage

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
