**Job Overview**:
If you have a passion for creating visually stunning and high-converting ad creatives, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design **highly engaging** and **out-of-the-box** ad creatives for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
Create **manipulated visuals** using Photoshop to produce eye-catching marketing content.
Develop unique illustrations, vector designs, and icons in **Adobe Illustrator**.
Work closely with the marketing team to **conceptualize and design conversion-focused creatives**.
Have a **basic understanding of UI/UX** to assist in designing website/app layouts in **Figma or Adobe XD**.
Stay up to date with design trends to ensure fresh and innovative creatives.

**Requirements**:
**Proven experience in Graphic Designing** (Portfolio required).
**Expert in Photoshop manipulation** and creative artwork.
Strong skills in **Adobe Illustrator** for vector design.
Basic knowledge of **UI/UX** and experience with **Figma or Adobe XD** is a plus.
A creative thinker who can bring new ideas to the table.
Experience in designing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
Previous experience in advertising, social media marketing, or e-commerce design is preferred.
