**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Repair & Maintenance**: Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and precision instruments.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify technical issues, determine the root cause, and implement effective solutions.
- **Testing & Calibration**: Use diagnostic tools and procedures to ensure equipment meets performance specifications.
- **Technical Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of repairs, test results, and service reports.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Follow industry regulations, safety protocols, and company quality control standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work with team members to improve repair processes and customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure proper tracking of parts and tools used for repairs.
**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred).
- **1+ years of experience** in troubleshooting and repairing electronic or mechanical equipment.
- Strong understanding of **circuitry, schematics, and diagnostic tools**.
- Ability to **use hand tools, soldering equipment, and testing instruments**.
- Excellent **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Detail-oriented with **good organizational and record-keeping skills**.
- Ability to **work independently and meet deadlines**.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in **calibration, metrology, or precision instrumentation**.
- Familiarity with **ISO 17025 standards and industry regulations**.
- Experience with **oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and other diagnostic tools**.
- Strong **computer skills**, including experience with **data entry and repair logs**.
