**Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Position**: Digital Marketing Executive
**Location**: Noida Sector 16, UP
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Digital Strategy & Campaign Management**:

- Plan and monitor the ongoing presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Collaborate with content teams to create compelling blog posts, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.
- Optimize website content for SEO to increase organic traffic.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Generate reports on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- **SEO & SEM**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website performance to improve search engine rankings.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all digital platforms.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
