UX Designer

**UX Designer (3-4 years of experience)**

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer with a genuine concern for the planet Earth and nature. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that positively impact the environment and promote sustainable practices. **Location**: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Relocation required)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create innovative and user-centric design solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Utilize collaborative tools like Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate with team members.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and ensure a deep understanding of user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices to ensure our products are usable by a diverse range of users.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX design.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-4 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud (fundamental knowledge in Illustrator, After Effects).
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- A positive and calm attitude, with a willingness to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to different projects.
- Demonstrated empathy for users and the ability to design experiences that meet their needs.
- A fun and joyful team player who is eager to learn and contribute to the growth of others.
