**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conducting Social Compliance audits for customer across all locations.
- Knowledge of Social Compliance monitoring standards, techniques, tools and protocols.
- Knowledge in certification like WRAP, CTPAT, BSCI, GOTS,HIGG INDEX, ISO 14001, SEDEX/ SMETA.
- Deal with various statutory bodies with a particular reference to the Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, Labour Commissioner, Industrial Disputes Act, etc.,
- To keep updated with the latest amendments in the law and communicate effectively to all state holders.
- Handle all legal client documents independently and accurately adhering to central local laws.
- Maintaining parameters of all certifications.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Graduate + Degree/ Diploma in Labour Law / BMS
- Experience in Labour Law Compliance.
- Excellent organizing abilities.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance as per timelines defined.
- Working knowledge of MS office.

**WORK LOCATION**
- Anakaputhur, Oorapakkam, Thirukazhukundrum, Sadras Road, Uthirameruer, Kelambakkam, Pallavaram.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
