**Roles and Responsibilities:
- On-boarding Business Partners and Franchisees
- Providing continuous support to Partners in resolving queries
- Building a strong rapport with partners in order to maximize clientele
- Communicating regular updates on products,new features and company events to Partners
- Assessing Partners performance on a regular basis and providing timely advice
- Building and Executing of growth strategies for Partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, open-minded, and innovative thinking
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with incomplete information

**Required skill set**:

- Strong Communication (English and Hindi is mandatory)
- Basic Excel Knowledge
