JOB TITLE **:Draftsman**

**DEPARTMENT **:Architecture & Interior Design

**REPORTS TO **:Team Leader

**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**

Architectural drafters harness their knowledge of design principles and drafting technology to prepare the full-scale, detailed drawings used in construction.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Should have worked on Architectural & Interior projects.
- Gather all the information needed to complete accurate drawings.
- Referring to the architectural sketches and specifications for creating blueprints and technical drawings.
- Produce detailed drawings using CAD software.
- Visit sites for research purposes and to ensure construction workers follow the plans.
- Coordinate the work of drafting teams and technicians.
- Consult technical handbooks and tables.

**EDUCATION & TRAINING**
- Diploma in Architecture/similar certification

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**

4+ years of experience
Strong coordination skills
Excellent communication, presentation and drafting skills
Technical skills with CAD & Sketchup software

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

**HOURS / SHIFTS**:
General Shift - 09 Hours of work including breaks

Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM

Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM
