**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain PCD Pharma Franchise opportunities
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products and business models
- Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and build strong relationships
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into franchise partners
- Keep records of calls, customer responses, and feedback in CRM/software
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for seamless client onboarding

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **12th pass** or **graduate** in any field
- Experience in **PCD Pharma / Franchise Sales / Telecalling** preferred (Freshers welcome)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals is an advantage
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Proficiency in Hindi & English (regional languages are a plus)
