We are currently looking for a **Logistics Executive** to join our team at Nef’s Finds. The role involves handling end-to-end administrative and operational responsibilities, with a strong focus on logistics. Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and executing day-to-day **logistics tasks** to ensure smooth order flow.
- **Shipping and dispatching orders**, ensuring timely deliveries across platforms.
- Managing **customer requests and COD orders**, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Serving as the communication bridge between **operations, customer care, and internal teams** to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitoring **order tracking, returns, and exchanges**, and escalating issues where required.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems for logistics and inventory.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
