**Job Title: Head of Department - English**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the English department effectively
- Design and implement engaging and innovative curriculum
- Support teacher development through training and mentoring
- Monitor student performance and support academic success
- Collaborate with school leadership on policy and planning

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in teaching and academic leadership
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sikar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
