**About the Role**

As a Graphic Designer at Orive Organics, you will play a crucial role in developing visual assets that enhance our brand identity and support our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to create engaging and on-brand designs for both digital and print media.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and deliver designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Design and produce multimedia content, including infographics, video animations, and interactive presentations.
- Maintain and update the visual elements of our website to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
- Conceptualize and develop creative solutions for marketing campaigns and product launches.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work for both digital and print media.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- Hands-on experience of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Graphic design software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Sketch), Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

**About the Job**
- The job will have a probation period of 3 months period
- Working days are from Monday to Saturday (Sat is work from home)
- Work timings are 9 am to 6 pm
- You will need to get our own laptop to work
- Compensation is 1,20,000 per year
- Paid leaves as per government holidays will be provided, along with 1 sick leave per month
