1. **Areas of Work**:
a. Work related to GST Refund, Customs SAD refund, RD Refund, EOU Registration, SEZ Registration and other sundry work relating to indirect taxes etc.

b. Drafting reply to Notices issued by GST Departments.

c. Assitance in drafting writ, searching Case Laws, filing of writ before Bombay High Court

d. Drafting various letters to be addressed before GST Department

e. Preparing papers, compilations for hearings before various forums

2. **General**:
i. Preparedness of daily updates in the areas of GST and Customs Laws

ii. Periodical Client visit to ensure IDT compliance is done as per GST and allied laws

3. **Roles and Responsibilities**:
a. Be part of Development, implement and manage key process and people initiatives in the organization, while ensuring compliance.

b. Should have sound knowledge of legal framework, regulations, Companies Act, and other applicable laws/regulations required for transactions.

c. Would be responsible for executing the work timely and report it to Senior Associate.

d. Prepares company and client tax forms and data while offering tax accounting advice to both clients and internal company departments

e. Maintains and updates working knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including new filing practices, deadlines, and any company-specific information

f. Ensuring that the firms guidelines and templates are followed while filing GST Returns, GST Audit, including meeting deadlines and ensuring all financial practices and records comply with relevant Tax Laws

g. Maintain the proper materials so that you will be capable of interpreting and reviewing changes in the law

h. Streamline procedures and offer recommendations on how the tax filing process can run more efficiently

a. Should be holding Law Graduate Degree or equivalent

b. Flexible and willing to travel for work. Should be comfortable for late-sittings

c. Excellent teamwork and people skills, positive attitude, excellent organizational skills and follow-up, strong sense of urgency and results oriented.

d. Strong analytical skills and keen attention-to-detail.

e. Sound understanding of accounting and finance concepts.

f. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

g. Strong time management skills to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

h. Strong managerial and team work skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Performance bonus
