Job Title: Certified Financial Planner

Job Summary:
**Salary**:

- CTC from 10 to 15 lacs + performance bonus

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Creating & updating content for training program including CFP Program
- Conducting Content Research
- Developing content from newsletter
- Conducting sessions for CFP education & other training programs

Qualifications:

- MBA in any field with CFP certification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, content development & management.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of financial topics and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure content performance.
- Must be proficient in English and Hindi languages.
