- **Outbound Calling**: Make regular calls to employees to gather attendance information for the day.
- **Data Collection**: Ask relevant questions to employees to confirm their presence or absence and record the information accurately.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain precise records of attendance, ensuring all data is logged correctly in the company's system or on designated forms.
- **Communication**: Clearly explain the purpose of the call to employees and ensure a professional interaction.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any employee concerns or issues related to attendance, such as no-shows or late arrivals, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate the issue.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up with employees who were not reached during the initial call to confirm their attendance.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
