**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Edit and produce **high-quality short-form & long-form videos** for digital platforms
Create **advertisement videos, promotional reels, and brand storytelling content**
Work with raw footage, add effects, transitions, text overlays, and music
Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with designers and content creators to bring creative ideas to life
Organize video files and maintain a streamlined editing workflow

**Requirements**:
✔ Minimum 3+ years of experience required
✔ **Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects** (Basic knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus)
✔ Strong understanding of **video editing techniques, transitions, color grading, and motion graphics**
✔ Ability to **cut, edit, and sync audio with visuals smoothly**
✔ Creativity in making **scroll-stopping social media content**
✔ Familiarity with social media trends and video formats for different platforms
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to **meet tight deadlines**
✔ Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
